V3 of Rage Bait Arena is almost here!

Hey Rage Baiters,

It feels slightly crazy to write that.

What started as a card game created by Sam has now gone through hundreds of changes, plenty of arguments 😂, a LOT of games, and most importantly, some brilliant feedback from the people who have joined us on the journey.

And now **Version 3 is about to land.

So, what’s new in V3?

Quite a bit.

We have new cards, changes to existing cards, updated rules and plenty of tweaks based on what we have learned from actually playing the game.

Some cards got stronger.

Some got weaker.

Some disappeared completely.

And a few new ones have arrived that could cause absolute chaos in the Arena.

Exactly as Sam intended.

V3 is still a Beta version of Rage Bait Arena. We aren't pretending the game is finished. In fact, that's the whole point.

We want to play it, break it, argue about it, change it and hopefully make it better.

This is probably the part we're most excited about.

Starting with V3, Sam and I will be going LIVE on TikTok every week to play Rage Bait Arena.

You'll be able to watch the games, see the cards being played, question our decisions and probably witness Sam destroy me on a fairly regular basis.

But we also want the LIVE games to help shape what comes next.

If a card feels too powerful, tell us.

If a rule doesn't make sense, tell us.

If you think one of Sam's ideas is completely ridiculous…

Well, tell him. I'm staying out of that one.

V3 isn't the finish line

It's the next test.

The goal has always been bigger than simply making a deck of cards.

We want to see if we can take an idea created by a 10-year-old kid and, with the help of a community, turn it into a **real card game.

V3 gets us another step closer.

From here we'll keep testing, keep changing things and start moving towards V4, including something we've wanted from the beginning:
